    Tropical storm Karen developed Tuesday morning in the Eastern Atlantic. At 5 am Eastern time Tuesday, the center was about 1565 miles east of the Lesser Antilles at 10.4 North, 38.0 West. Karen is moving to the west-northwest near 16 miles per hour, with a minimum pressure of 1005 millibars. Maximum sustained winds are near 40 miles per hour. It is currently forecast to remain out at sea through Sunday
