villain is 18/14/4 over 50 hands. $50 ipoker effective stacks $105
He limps UTG, folded to me with KK, I make 2.50 OTB he calls.

    Flop: 5 T 5r

He checks I make it 4.5, He minraises to 9. Plans?

Pretty sure he doesn't have 5X,TT,55() Maybe 22-QQ but probably 9T,JT,AT etc

What is the best option and why?

    1, make it $40
    2, call and bet/raise turn
3, call and check/call turn shove river

I would call and call turn, if he checks I would bet. If he cr's turn I would probably fold. If he c/c's turn I would bet river. If he bets turn and then again on the river, I would probably just call again.

I like a raise now... He will find it hard to fold an over pair on that flop... you'll get action from JJ and QQ.... and a lot of 10's a well...

I play the hand strong here... you are most likely ahead and a a lot of cards on the turn could kill your action... you've got 200bb's to try and get inot the pot so a raise now is the best way of achieving this.... thats proving your correct on your read that he doesn't have 10 10 or a 5..... if you think he might have these then go into call mode

Would you mind developing on that and your response to macs post.....
You believe him to have a 5 or TT to often right?

Villain limp/calls up front, so he often has a medium pair, or is a donkey with SCs.

Lots of ppl chk/minraise this flop with mid pairs to "see where they are at", and also with 5x and some even do it with TT.

    So I call.

Mostly the mid-pair guys then realise they are fvcked and chk, while the others (the ones that beat you) go "woohooo" and lamp the turn.

Would a 18/14 not raise TT UTG? I would see villian with a small-med pp, have rarely seen a SC as low as 56/45. I would flat call, c/call turn else bet/fold if checked to. If he checks you're not going to get any more money out of him, if he bets, I call due to his AF, he could well fire twice with a lone T. If checked to on river, I'd bet/fold to a shove, but I'd call a bet on the river that wasn't the dreaded overbet shove.

    this looks good

Muchos gracias for the replies there lads.

I made it 40 on the flop that time and he folded. Just thinking soon afterwards that I was losing serious value as there weren't enough hands he may have to call a (or shove over a  ) flop 3-bet from me that I'd crush and that I'd also just squeeze an extra few dollars from him on the turn or he may even lead with weaker hands that would've folded to my flop 3bet as my hand becomes kinda obvious..
