I purchased a Vista 32bit upgrade pack. I don't have a use for it but installed it and activated it. Is there anyway of transfering this to someone esles computer?

    Thanks.

Upgrading a microsoft OS kills the previous one.

So you could only transfer it with the original OS, and I'm guessing was OEM which means the upgrade is now bound to the original PC, and lives and dies with the motherboard.

    search the computer for EULA
