    So, Freshers week beers!

Who's up for it? Say Friday in Doyles? There shouldn't be anything else major on then.

VTP Pav Friday on friday, with Bernard O'Shea (comedian) and a few other things, not sure of the exact details.

( I say we have it after the kickabout - whenever that happens :P)

Just not Wed (have a society thing on) or Thur (have poker on)

    Could do afternoon beers!

I'll leave Ibid do the pitch - given how much he likes Marketing and all that!

I say Thursday. Culchies go home on Friday and it's more packed in Doyle's.

Seeing as I have the coordination of a headless chicken I'll stand on the side of the pitch and clap/laugh at appropiate points. Or more likely I'll turn up when there's alcohol.

Fresher's week is insanely busy for loads of people here so soemone name a time and day and just everyone do their best as opposed to fitting round the various demands of su/csc/comedy/rifle/hist/tn/phil/poker/vtp/duccs/frisbee/paintball commitments.

Whatever evening it'll be I'll be up for it. Next week is it? Throw up a date there.

Yes, you'll have to attend. Otherwise we'll just have to roll you up in a carpet and throw you over a bridge. It's tough, but it's the law of the land and I'm powerless to do anything about it.

I refuse to go anywhere but Doyles. I haven't been there in, like, four months.

Well, there's only one way to settle this one - a race around the world! The Queen herself shall drop the checquered flag... (conveniently, Helen Mirren will be in college on Thursday, and I hear she's a close enough likeness)

In all seriousness, I'd be up for Thursday - Mirren is the only thing worth seeing that night, and I'd skip her for beer.

I propose Thursday 4th October at 7pm in Messers Maguire's.
    Be there or be square.

Hold on a second, whens the annual drinking on the rifle range session?

Remember kids; Pav = cheap booze.

It's okay b.ie, we can drink in one of our houses with cans purchases in the local SuperValu then we can go to Doyle's and be merry ourselves. Screw these Messers. (See what I did there?)

Myself, b.ie curious and europerson (at least) shall be drinking in Doyle's from about 8pm.
