Whats the best way to pay when ordering from thomann. I dont have a credit card so I was thinking 3V vouchers, but the Bank transfer option seem like a good idea but is it a fully trusted one.

jus use some 3v vouchers, never to sure about the transfare thing... at least everythings paid for at once with the 3v

Bank transfer is grand and can sometimes be cheaper because they don't have to pay credit card fees on the transaction.
