This hand is from a $50 6pac, effective stacks 1000, blinds 5/10, were prolly only on our 4th or 5th hand.

Anyway I open 10 10 in the CO to 35, SB calls, BB pushes for 1k.

Fold everytime for me. I used to play a lot of these and you see JJ/QQ so often here. Donks the lot of them. At very best you are up against two overs for the most part.

I've seen people regularly do this with 22 upto AA, you beat more hands than you loose to so call.

usually in these, theres at least 1 raving loony, has this dude been active at all in any of the first few hands, have u played him b4, these are key points.

in the main, with the donk overbet, and with this being a 6 pac, and not a cash game , the default for me is a call, as u can see almost anything here, if u are beat, just sign up for another one and move on.

Muck...Its $50 not $5 Fish. QQ+ will do this at this level. I would search sharkscope while my time runs down. Unless he's an uber-fish i fold.

fold if you feel you can outplay the players later in sng you only have 35 invested

This is nearly always AA, KK, QQ.

Easy fold. In six pacs just get 3 handed. Play poker from there.

i guess the std of 6 pacs has improved a lot since i used to play them full time about 18 months ago on crypto.

cause in my experience, if someone makes a crazy bet like this in level 1, its usually Ax, or a small pair, and they are a complete muppet.

Usually when I see this it's a pair, 22-JJ, admittedly I only usually play up to the $30 level, with the occasional foray into $50.

Nah its got worse Rob, on Crypto and the new Betfair platform.

But this is still nearly always qq+. Buzzer did this all the time, when he was 32-tabling and its caught on. Seen it alot lately.

Its a fold for me aswel. the amount of times you see AA here is unreal. Everytime someone doesnt believe him, he wins 1k (providing he holds up). If he 3bets and the flop comes A, K, or Q high he probably wins 150 with a cbet.
For someone with a weak postflop game, pushing makes sense

ive played tons of days, im amazed to think a bet like this in level 1 is usually a grade A hand, surely its losing tons of value overall.

seriously, most players in these are horrendous, and doing this with a huge range, i cant believe all the replies here are saying fold, be interesting to see if noel called and what the dude had.
