    Mine:

    Copenhagen
    Frankfurt
    Paris
    Toronto
    Chicago
    and many times... Manchester

    Amman, Miami, Bristol, Bournemouth and somewhere in Italy are the only one's that come to mind.

    Kingston, Jamaica. On the way back from Cuba. To be honest, if the people in the Airport and the cabin crew on Air Jamaica are anything to go by, I'll be quite happy never to see the city!

    London (well that's not entirely true as I has a train between 2 airports once too thanks to Aer Lingus and their strikes), Newark, Chicago, Frankfurt and Prestwick ;)
