    anyone else see Ciaran Cronin's piece in the tribune about EOS.He was farily damning but has been all along.More importantly his statement that the training is even separted into the first team who will play and those jsut holding the tackle bags.Bad news for team morale from day one.
    Emotional management as he calls it has been eos big downfall for the past while

    Don't like that chap. He always seems to look for something to give out about in his articles. At least Neil Francis is funny.... sometimes. :)

    Do all WC teams not seperate into first and second at least on some level, I read that England did during the last WC and so do the Lions. I think the only people that's bad for are the ones who get picked in the first team, if they screw up their place goes to someone else whereas the second team will try harder as a big two fingers to not being the first choice pick (ok maybe not under EOS).
