    Hi,

    I have a 3 network card for my laptop and it is poo. I was told when I bought it that it would work no problem in the North & UK.....Guess what?? Fcuk all!!

    I have tried countless time to phone them but I just get through to someone in an Indian (??) call center to whom I describe my problem , this person tells me to uninstall then reinstall card/software. No good, so I call them back only to be told......."someone will get back to you within 24 hours to fix the problem".

    I wait........and I wait.....and I wait. No return calls and card still doesn't work in the North & UK.

    I am on a 12 month contrect for this thing but I am seriously considering just canceling the Direct Debit with my bank and get an O2 card.

    Anyone have any suggestions or comments on my idea of canceling DD or comments on my dillema?
    Will they send big blokes with sticks to my house to collect the money for the remaining contract?

    Oh....and also my e-mail account (outlook) does not work using this thing. I can receive but not send e-mails.

    3 are a bleeding disgrace....

    they should be banned with all thier junk which doesnt work and restrictions on goddamn everything, its a wonder they dont restrict on who you can and cannot call, amazing.

    i have major problems with this as well i have lodged a formal complaint with comreg and i would urge every one to do the same it is a disgrace how they treat people when i rang once the person on the line "not his fault" could not speak english i have cancelled my dd and have sent an email to 3 and told them i have a complaint number from comreg and they have siad that they have to leave it for 10 days and then if it is not sorted to MY satisfaction then they will take action on my behalf. 3 have addmited to me that it is simlply the fact that there are too many users on thier system

    every one please ring comreg and send a message to 3 that we are not stupid
