    Hey,

Just wondering what would be a typical range of daily rates at the moment into the contractors hand (ie. after the agents have gouged their bit) for a contractor in Dublin, doing Java EE, webservices, Spring, EJB3 yada yada at the moment?

For someone with about 5 years experience

450 - 600 Euros. Maybe more with your yada yada skills

I would be a bit less optimistic

but it does depend on range of skills and how good you are

350+ .. depends on how good of a match you are to what the company does

Based on guessing the OP works in the Integration/SOA space from the skills listed.

Anyone notice it has gone quiet in Dublin in September for Java Contracting? I've noticed this, and a recruiter I spoke to commented that it was untypically slow for this time of year.

    Ill financial winds blowing?
