$20 STT, Nuts first 2 hands. Extracting enough?

First 2 hands so no reads. Hand History is dreadful, so I'll type hands.

OnGame network, $20 10seater, 1500 starting stack, blinds 10/20, 8 minute levels.

Hand1.
UTG calls, CO calls, I check in BB with Kh3s.
Flop (60). Ah,5h,7d. Checked around.
Turn (60). 9h. I bet 40, 2 callers.
River (180). Qh. I bet 100. This OK?. (Is there a case for pretending to be scared and checking?).

Very next Hand (marginally more interesting).
2 limpers in MP. I limp in SB with KQo. BB checks.
Flop (80) JT4r. Checked around.
Turn(80). 9 completing rainbow, giving me the nuts. I bet 50, BB raises to 160, one of the MPs calls.

Back to me?.

Apols if this is fairly obvious stuff, I just feel that recently I'm not maximising my good situations, especially when oop.

Edit : Hand 2. I didnt see that MP called the BBs raise. Making it 600/650 when it gets back is defo optimal

1 is fine but id probably bet like 125/130. i dont like checking. someone might bluff but it also loses value from lower flushes which will check behind a lot but probably call a reasonable bet.

2 id make it about 625. lots of cards can kill your action plus calling loses value from pair+straight draw type hands. id lead bigger into the turn too.

#2 Raise to 650, lots of hands will still call you imo, 2p, pair+oesd. When the pot is still small and I have the nuts I prefer to bet the pot to inflate it asap .
