IS there a guaranteed prize fund.the shamrock club guarantee €2000 for a €50 frrzeout every friday.from what i hear they got 40 runners on the first night. ANYWAY WHY ON EARTH HAVE TWO TOURNEYS ON THE SAME NIGHT IN THE SAME TOWN.
Maybe blazin and the shamrock should invest in a boxing arena for future purposes.:

Spot on RAT, they guaranteed €1000 a few weeks ago for a Monday night tournament, I couldn't get to Blazin Aces for 8.30pm so went to the Shamrock for their 9.30pm start & I was the ONLY PLAYER who turned up. No one offered me the €1000.

I'm going to Aces this Friday & every Friday for their weekly tournament which is running for over a year.

Anyway by the sound of things the Shamrock might be smelling of Rat S**te

Damn thing takes forever;), but really i just really couldnt (and still cant) face a night on the waterford poker scene. But i think ill smack u lot around this once( it always was easy for me down there):D and then come back to the newbay for another 6 months

a mate of mine is travelling from carlow for this game,can you give a rough estimate of how many runners you expect for this or how many normally play the monthly game?

The game normally gets about 35-40 runners which has a prize pool of about 7k-8k its a very good game with alot of play in it. There is 10 tickets all ready sold for this so we will be expecting about the same again. There is always some serious cash action afterwards.
