    'In Darkness Visible' by Nicholas Hughes.

    I always wanted to shoot trees in moonlight, but didn't think it could be done with short enough exposures to keep them sharp. The other sections are well worth looking at as well, and I think they go a long way to showing just how a set can be so much more than the sum of its parts.

    Mike and I did that late last year; condensation from the cold destroyed my camera.

    I've always liked night photography. But I never had the patience for the long exposure times. I will be trying some night time photography out soon

    Very interesting. He seems to be using a kind of blur overlay or is that just the way these shots turn out I wonder?

    I'm not sure about the blur - looked to me originally like mist but reading a bit of the blurb i think it may be down to layering up during the processing, of some kind. Looks too un-uniform to be blur i think...

    were they all taken on the same night? i'm wondering about the mist/blur i'd like to try something like this!! there's trees quite close to me here - must keep an eye open for a bright night!
