BBC 3/4 have disappered from NTL

    Normally our box works grand, but we noticed at around 8pm last night that both bbc3/4 have gone from the channel listings/guide/browse functions compleatley! have checked again this morning and they havnt come back? anyone any ideas? anyone else have this probem?

    Have rebooted box...checked connections etc...no luck, im in south dublin.

    They still here in Galway, at least on the EPG

    I take it you can't even select it by typing in the channel number. If so it more than likely a fault with the box. Pressing help and yellow or pulling the plug didn't do anything for you?

    Any time that's happened to my stb pressing help then yellow button always got the missing channels back.
