Yep,

Because you will no longer be a lone parent (the clue is in the name of the payment you are receiving !!)

Yes you will have to stop claiming one-parent family payment if you are moving in with your boyfriend. You could enquire about claiming Jobseeker's Allowance provided you satisfy the conditions for payment.
