I knew she'd be back, sooner or later. There were a lot of unanswered questions about her backstory.

It's good that Cynthia Watros had a slot in her schedule to come back and do the story; there was always the possibility that she would not/ could not come back. Did we ever hear why she was shot when she was shot? - it made no sense to the plotline to me, and the only common factor for the three tailies who have been killed off was that the actors were arrested DUI.

Well it'll be good to see her back story. Hopefully it is interesting after all this time waiting for it.

In the second season there was a lot of moaning about the original characters not getting enough screen-time so Libby's flashback had get pushed back. Waltros wasn't happy with her limited screen-time as it was and they were worried that people might applaud Anna-Lucia's death (she killed Shannon) so decided they needed to kill someone less-hated as well. And it's possible there was some pressure from ABC to send a message to the rest of the cast about off-set behaviour, DUIs, etc.

Anyway I'm glad to hear she'll be back and we'll get her story-line resolved. Hopefully something can be worked out with Nestor Carbonell as well.

I'd love to have Ana Lucia back for a couple of flashbacks as well, but I doubt that will happen

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to see Ana Lucia again sometime over the next few seasons. Maybe she'll turn up in the flashback of a new character. The show's writers love bringing back the dead. Look at Ethan - he's been in more episodes after his death than when he was alive.

I'd love to see it happen but I can't see Rodriguez being invited back to Hawaii after last time. I doubt she'd be interested anyway but maybe they could work something out near the end of the show.

Dom was a kinda pissed at getting written out but there's a good chance he'll be in Hawaii (visiting his girlfriend) anyway and I doubt there's much demand for ex-hobbits...

Yeah I kindof feel sad for Dom, as he was really pissed in any of the post lost interviews I saw or read, I liked Charlie in the series, himself and Claire worked well together, he obviously pizzed off one of the producers or writers, I thought his death was badly written, there was no need for him to drown like that.

I'd say Dom is giving himself friction burns without her. I hope she doesn't leave. I wouldn't mind them bringing Charlie back in some outlandish twist as long as it meant that the lovely Evangeline stays.

Evie's not leaving, even if she wanted to. She's almost certainly signed up for the remainder of the series which means they'd have to release her from her contract. And there's not a chance in hell of that happening. I mean if she left who would they put on all those magazine covers?

As far as the hobbit is concerned, I'll miss him but I understand the decision to kill him off. Charlie's whole arc was pretty much resolved at the end of the 2nd season, there was no where left go. And tbh I was kinda relieved to see an original go instead of a new character. I was quite annoyed at Eko's death as I felt there was still more his character to be explored.

Anyway Dom was moaning about not getting enough screentime (even though was he was getting more than most) so they probably thought they were doing him a favour.
