    I have one too and like it a lot. That said the Canon f4 is supposed to be one of the sharpest lenses in the world. Better even than the 2.8 version. I have seen some shots from it and, to my eye, they are the sharpest I have ever seen.

    Reading around, quite a few people were saying negative things about the Sigma but I need a f2.8 lens for action shots so the Canon f4 probably wouldn't be fast enough.

    There's always the IS version of the Canon 70-200 f4...
