Don't know if this is the right forum but does anyone know if the proposed new rules on nursing homes have been passed into law yet or what stage they're at. This "Fair Deal" principle is supposed to come in from January 2008. It should mean that the elderly will no longer have to sell their homes to fund private nursing…
