    I'm sure those who are interested already know but I'll post the dates anyway:
    Hi All,

    Its that time of year again. The dates for the 2007/2008 IBL are as follows:

    Round 1: NUI Galway, Saturday November 3rd
    Round 2: Middleton, Cork, Saturday December 1st
    Round 3: DCU, Dublin, Saturday January 12th

    We realise that the Galway competition is midterm and some of the usual suspects will be away, but this was the only date we could book the hall.

    As we can be only sure of 3 rounds this year, the league will be based on participants best 2 results. We are trying to secure a Belfast round, but even if this can be done it will be the best 2 of 4. So no excuses for participants for not completing the league this year !

    Like last year there will be 4 categories: Open A, Female, Male B, Junior.

    To add some extra interest, we are going to organise mini outdoor bouldering meets on the Sunday after the competitions. Venues are:

    Sunday November 4th, Doolin.
    Sunday December 2nd, Douglas Crag or Rocky Bay
    Sunday January 13th, Portrane or Glendalough

    The venue for the latter 2 is weather/tide dependent and will be made known on the day of the comp. Bring a bouldering mat if you have one.
