Did anyone see Ian Paisley wishing Eddie O'Sullivan luck yesterday on Setanta?
I was in the pub and didn't really hear what he was saying.
Eddie O'Sullivan was laughing his ass off and seemed to find it a bit bizarre.
Looking for the clip online. Any links?

Adams will no doubt jump on the wagon next! The Irish "Island of Ireland" thing is right up his street!

Saw him punting his book on Sky News this morning actually...

    Whats so surprising about it.
People of unionist tradition in Northern Ireland have alsways supported the Irish rugby team

I imagine Grizzly would distain those who follow the oval ball game as not being true and proper Irishmen ;)

remember that a former member of Reverend Paisley's party and i think his church has played rugby for Ireland at a world cup. One Davy Tweed. Mind you, he left the DUP when they got into bed with the Shinners. Two conciliatory for our Davy.

Wasn't it Davy Tweed who said he had played X times for his country (Ulster) and once for Ireland
