Win XP won't start??

    This is what is written on screen:

    Windows cannot start because of an error in the software.

    Please report this problem as:

    load needed DLLs for kernel.

    Please contact support person to report this problem.

    Do I need to use my Xp cd to repair, or call Dell support. It is a dell laptop.
