Can anyone please tell me the official stance with the law on the seat belt situation in Classic cars?
Is it a legal requirement. Obviously it is better to fit them. What about rear belts and passengers?

If your car was manufactured without belts then you do not have to have them fitted. It it has belts fitted you must wear them !
