A cold snap on Tuesday followed by some interesting charts with a lot of HP around and easterly winds.

Had a look at the charts there arctictree, but I reckon a dog in the street probably would have a better idea of what they mean.

I've some activites planned for next weekend (28th - 01st) that are dependant on the weather, so ahve been chacking accuweather and the like, what would be your bet on what it'll turn out like?

Yep, weather has definitely changed from the stable anticyclonic stuff we've had since the end of August. Could see cold and even stormy weather too

Coming into my favourite couple of seasons now, bring on the storms, frosts, and....maybe....sneachta...... Couple with the weather nature is pretty spectacular right now, hoping to go out and get snap happy tomorrow, so much to see and the light at this time of year is more contrasty I think..should make for nice pics.

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

That general pattern has held steady for the wetterzentrale boys for the while now, I'll check the rte weekly forcast in a min or two and see if Met Eireann agrees.
