Mayweather-no worries

Mayweather: Not a worry in the world

All I've got to watch for from Ricky are his head-butts and his holds, that's all he does. Actually he should go dance with the stars since he likes to slow dance so much.

Floyd Mayweather does not believe Ricky Hatton has any skills to threaten his proud undefeated record.

The world's best pound for pound fighter goes head-to-head with 'The Hitman' live on Sky Box Office on December 8.

Mancunian Hatton is also undefeated (43-0) in his career, but 'Pretty Boy' Floyd is not concerned by the challenge ahead.

Hatton has struggled to step up to welterweight before - in his WBA title victory over Luis Collazo - and Mayweather remains his usual confident self.

    Belief

Mayweather told Sky Sports News: "I'm pretty sure I've faced his style before.

"He's a straight ahead guy, rugged and tough, but I don't think he's ever been in with a guy like me - a guy who can show versatility, is real flashy, flamboyant, makes smart moves and is good all round the board.

"I don't have to psyche him out. I'm 38-0, a six-time world champion at five different weight classes and the record speaks for itself."

Mayweather has been criticised for taking part in American show 'Dancing With The Stars', which begins on Monday and could run until two weeks before the fight if he goes all the way.

    Trash-talking

But Oscar de la Hoya's conqueror seems more interested in plugging that programme than worrying about Hatton.

"He's going to go home and watch tapes, not me. I'm going to go home and dance with the stars," Mayweather added.

"My partner is Karina Smirnoff. She's pound for pound the best dancer, I'm pound for pound the best fighter so we have a good match-up.

"All I've got to watch for from Ricky are his head-butts and his holds, that's all he does. Actually he should go dance with the stars since he likes to slow dance so much."

See if Mayweather is made to eat his words by the British underdog, in early December.
