Internal Laptop WIFI card antenna?

Is there a way I can attatch some sort of antenna or booster to my internal wireless card? I'm fairly sure I can, I just don't know what exactly to get.

Here're the two connections on the card itself, the black and grey cables, and then the connector.

    Any links would be appreciated.

The arial is usually a coil around the display casing... increase the number of coils maybe :)

Hey guys, I'm back! Thanks to Bushy I have a u.fl to SMA cable. I've picked out the antenna I want, but I've run into a snag. The SMA I have is the normal one... ah la..

    img2314mediumwy6.jpg

However, the antenna I want to get (and all the other ones in maplins) seem to be R-SMA.

    Linky.

So my SMA will screw into it, but they're both female, in that there's no pins in either. Maplins have no adaptors, and I can't find one online. Help!

IMHO it would make more sense to look at this:

You can get antennas with "normal" connectors , meanwhile ( far from ideal but....) you could put a pin in one side , something like the gold pin from the back of a stud type ear ring.
I'll go digging in the pile of doom for one of the other types .
