Is it my imagination or did RTE show last week's episode of Scrubs this week as well?

Just another incident in the long line of scheduling mishaps with the good folks in RTE...

Yeah, what a bloody joke. How can they not spot these stupid mistakes straight away and rectify them?

The hamster must have fallen off the wheel in RTE, honestly. "RTE, you don't have to be soft in the grey matter to work for us, but it helps."

noticed it too, but hadn't really watched it the first time it was on... maybe somebody in rte is a laverne fan and thought the episode deserved more attention

maybe next week they'll show it again ;)

It's the people they employ. Nepotism. Dublin 4ism. Oh, and the unions, don't forget their famous unions.

Pity TV3 is so ****e, what a great opportunity that could have been...

    Official Response from RTE:

In response to your e-mail I have been in contact with Dermot Horan, Director of Broadcast and Acquisitions, to establish how the same episode of 'Scrubs' was shown two weeks in succession. He apologises for the fact that human error lead to this occurrence and confirms that RTÉ will be introducing a new procedure to eliminate the possibility of such an error happening again.
He also points out that we will be screening the correct episode of 'Scrubs' next week and will be running the series for an extra week in order to play out the final episode.

    With best regards
