    yeah ok, so Konami have decided that the ps3 with its massive userbase to release the game they spent millions on will make enough money on one system to justify its cost.

    See my post on games biggest disasters in the games forum to see how that never works.

    money is money and i would bet that if it doesnt sell a million in the 1st month, 360 owners geting a MGS title and the ps3 is ****ed.

    Well you're dead right, Konami certainly aren't making it for the good of their heart. Their bottom line is king. However I think a 360 version could be at least 2 years away and mightn't have a huge steal effect on potential console buyers.

    Its being developed purely for ps3 as of this moment. A 360 version has not been ruled out or has it been commenced.

    Porting a game like this from the ps3 to the 360 has never been done and from its potentially a very long and costly procedure.

    So i think it makes sense for Konami not to start work on a 360 version until they're certain its gonna happen. Depending on hardware and software sales that decision could be summer 08 or even later depending if its delayed. It could be well into 2009 until its comes out and by then who knows how many or how few ps3s will be out there.

    Until Konami actually come out and say its going multiplatform then it just another bulls**t rumour as far as I'm concerned.
