Playstation Home Delayed - Spring 08 !!!

    :mad: Yep the news from TGS we all knew we would get but sony were afraid to announce earlier, HOME is been delayed until spring 2008.

    Why do sony always do this, the internet has been bursting with speculation that it was due for release oct/sept, but sony must have known for months this would not be true but say nothing!!!.

    i have both console and believe me m$ is winning this war hands down so far.

    Hopefully fifa 08 (released next week) and pes2008 (released next month) will help cheer me up.

    Spring could just mean anything these days too. With computer publishers often refering to Q4 ending March, and Q1 (spring) being anywhere between April and up to July.

    So either way we have a long wait :(

    Anytime I read anything relating to the PS3 and mentioning the word
    'delayed' I am no longer surprised. They really need to get their
    act together. Whilst my PS3 has great potential, I'm not happy with
    what it 'could do'.

    There'll still be an open beta in nov/dec, apparently. So you may still be able to get it this year. Look at something like gmail..it's perpetually in beta, and that seems to be more the model Sony's using with Home than a hard product launch.
