    Hi All

I have applied for Accord Diploma in relationship councelling and have selection process coming up soon. Has anyone done this before?? Would it be a business suit type of day or just normal clothes? What does the day entail?

    All advice welcome :)

I don't personally know about the Accord course, but I have gone through what is probably a similar selection interview on another counselling course and it was recommended there to dress smartly. If you are a guy, perhaps trousers, shirt and tie, and for a girl, maybe office attire such as trousers/skirt and blouse or smart top. You want to give off a responsible air :)

In any kind of interview you need to make an effort as regards appearance.

Have you asked them what the interview/selection process will be? They need to be transparent about this.
In case there's a written element, I'd really recommend you learn how to spell the word 'counselling' itself.
