Play.com no longer accepting my credit card

    Is anyone else experiencing problems with their credit card on play.com? I've been using my mastercard on their site for nearly two years without any issues but I've placed three orders in the past few weeks and my credit card has been declined each time, its not as if there is no credit left on my card. I have had no trouble ordering from Playasia.com which seems a bit odd.

    Only joking, i haven't experienced this, athough i use visa.

    I had trouble with play.com before too, it turns out my address on their site wasnt word for word as stated on my card statement.

    I had to ring them to sort it out - hope this helps?

    Ring your credit card provider and ask them why the recent transactions were denied, they should be able to tell you what was wrong if it was them that refused the charge. It's often a Postcode issue when ordering online, but strange for it to happen now after you've been using it for several years without issue.
