Vision M rma?

    My 60gig Vision M is about 9 months old now and has been great, but recently it got very sluggish so i used the clean up utility and now when i try and copy files to it i get a write access error...

    The sticker with the serial on it peeled off ages ago and i cant find it...

    Any way to find the serial in windows?

    and any chance of getting an rma without a serial?

    id suggest asking on the forums on www.creative.ie. You get people who work there answering questions all the time.

    I found the box and it has a serial number :D!!
