Can Anyone Help Me Remember How I Did This?

    Hey Folks,

Many many months ago I was browsing through this forum and was reading some of the tips and tricks. A poster had listed a mini-tutorial that gave an interesting look to some pictures. I have a great picture from Poland and I followed the tutorial and got an amazing result with the picture. Unfortunately I don't have that image to hand right now, hopefully I have it on my work PC.

I've linked to two other images that I applied the 'edit' to that might help jog your memories. I can't unfortunately remember who posted the tutorial or what thread it was in. Hopefully someone remembers or can tell me how to do it again.
As you can see it gives a warm fuzzy feeling to the picture and saturates the colours quite a bit. It gave a great result on the pic I don't have to hand at the moment and best of all it only took a few steps to apply.

Just found the picture from Poland on my work machine:
