India finish 218-4 off their 20vs

Yuvraj 58 off 16 (think he got his 50 off 13 balls)

    Brilliant brilliant stuff

Got home just in time to see him hit the first six of the over. Amazing stuff. A 50 off 12 balls was it? Don't know when that will ever be beaten.

England look hopelessly outclassed in this competition. The plan to take the specialist 20/20 players backfired badly. Flintoff as a bowler, and Pietersen aside, the rest are fairly average and probably wouldn't get near most of the other teams in super 8 stage.

Yeah that was brilliant alright from Yuvraj. All clean strikes that went miles. Probably beats the six sixes Gibbs made in the World Cup seeing as he wasn't up against much bowling.

Sky saying that its only the 4th time its been done in all cricket. Twice in the first-class game by Sobers and Shastri, Gibbs in the WC and Yuvraj today. He was the only one to manage the feat off a seamer.

Should be a comfortable win for India, this England side have lost their way after the loss to Australia.

i know this wont qualify with the 50 euro records, but what was sanath jay's record? 50 of 23 balls?

Dunno I thought Mc Culllum had the record before today? He hit 50 of 21 against Canada although I think Ashraful may have ran him close last week with his onslaught against The West indies.
Has anyone any video clips of Youraj today?
