Easy. Tell the guards you overheard some girl in Herbert Park this afternoon plotting some dastardly crime (need to be convincing there). Then go through CCTV footage from the area with them and identify her. When she's arrested you'll probably have to give evidence, so you'll get to see her then. Plus she'll probably be in the papers anyway by that stage.
