Can you repeat a previous years module while continuing on to your next year?

I was in a similar situation last year. I just externally repeated the 2 modules in the end. but maybe this is actually posible...

It's not possible, you can't continue on to the next year without having completed the previous year and gotten a certain mark (I think 45% + is the normal)
