    Hi there.
Does anyone knows of any photography classes in Cork, aimed at those " a little bit more advanced" :D. Something that will cover things like exposure, composition, photoshop ?? Or even a professional photographer that is giving one to one tuitions??

    Thank you

    Ovidiu

I'm sick of my camera gathering dust so I signed up for a digital SLR night course in Ballincollig Community School. Six weeks on Wednesday nights beginning Sept 26th. Given by some guy called Mark Donnelly. Enrolment was last week but if you give the school a ring on 4875401 they should be able to help you out. Course number is W21.

Many thanks for your reply. I have been to many of these classes but to be honest with you they cover only the basic of the basics in photography. I need something a little bit more advanced. but I will give it a try and have a chat with the school.
    thank you again

    Hi Ovidius,

I know the courses you mean and I've avoided them as well ("how to transfer files from your camera to computer" - FFS). I reckon this one is a bit more advanced though. Here's the blurb:
"This course is designed for a budding amateur photographer. The course covers composition, lens and flash selection and will bring the camera user further along in knowledge of photography".

BTW I have nothing to do with the course - I just happen to have the school's brochure here at work at the moment!
