Victor is referring to the internal company document that would show which bus works what service, and where there are driver changes. This is not available to the public, and the full document (which would run to pages and pages) as such would only be available in Summerhill garage for management and drivers/unions.

In case you're wondering about intermediate times Victor, the only times that are on any internal DB cross-city schedules are northern terminus, city centre (with the exception of crew changeovers and last buses these times are for guide purposes only and as they are not in the public domain are not necessarily adhered to), and southern terminus. They do not do "full" working timetables with various intermediate times like Bus Éireann/Iarnród Éireann.

The 16/16A tend to get hit with bad traffic in the evening peak, and this can lead to unscheduled "short" workings as the controller attempts to get buses/drivers back to where they should be. This can lead to buses turning at Harolds Cross on occasion to make up time (less frequent these days), or more often a late running cross-city service changing to 16C (terminating in the city) at the outer terminus with another bus taking up the first bus' path on time in the City Centre.

There are also some extra unscheduled "Euro" services operated from Harristown that fill gaps in the timetable - these tend to change from one day to the next - e.g. sometimes there is a 16 from the Airport to Grange Road and others it could operate as a 16A to Nutgrove. These tend to depend on where there is a gap in the scheduled service due to congestion.

Running times vary from 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes depending on the time of day.
