    could anyone point me where is cpu stepping marked ?

    FPO is not stepping, stepping isn't strictly marked on the box/cpu but you can see at the end of the product code it says SL9UM, that means you have a B3 steping Q6600, a G0 stepping would have SLACR in place of SL9UM.
