Where can I view the conditions attached to a planning application

I was viewing a planning application that has been granted on a building in my local town planning office, Im using this building for a college project. Anyway, i was looking at the drawings and stuff in the planning office and there were 25conditions made on condition of the full planning permission granted. There was just references to the the fact that these conditions were in place.

However the actual conditions wernt in the folder the woman in the office gave me, and Im wondering where I can get these conditions or see what they were.

Would the engineer of the job, who drew the plans and made the planning application have these? Is it normal for the conditions not to be included in the portfolio folder in the planning office that has everything else to do with the application.

I`d appreciate any advice on how to get these, Thanks.

Check on the relavent Co. Council website under planning, they should be attached to the decision.

Hiya, i checked the site already, it doesnt have the conditions, again it just states that there were 25 conditions.

Ps: I can find the planning application using the "eplan" search facility on the Louthcoco.ie website. However, I cant find the "iPlan" search feature which a person in the louth office told me of, i was given a page that this person printed out for me which he found using this "iPlan" feature on the Louth website. I think the conditions might have been there, he just didnt print them all out for me. Does anyone know where about this feature is on the site, ive tried searching for it. If i could find it through this section I`d print them out myself.

Yeah, I found that and it has info about the building Im looking at but doesnt have the conditions there.

Apparently there is also an "iPlan" aswell as the "ePlan" but I cant seem to find the "iPlan" search feature. I have a page that was printed for me in the planning office and it has "iPlan" on the top of it so it must exist somewhere on the site, i just cant see it.

At the bottom of the sheet I was given in the town council office which has some info referring to the planning application im trying to find out about, there is a partial link as follows:
    htp://10.53.1.19/DroghedaDigitalPlanningRegister/content/iplan/LGCSB_iplan_Details.....

Does anyone know where to find this "iplan" feature on the louth website or perhaps its on another site? What other website would it likely be on?

    Cheers!

just go into the county council and ask them to view the file, then ask them for a copy of the granted planning permission leaflet.

it will cost you, propb about 10 euro because its an official document.

Ill probably end up going back in to talk to them, the hassle.
You`d imagine that "iplan" would be handy enough to find, i tried playing around with the partial link above to try find the website its on but no luck, google didnt help either. Oh well!

I had a random look at an application and no sign of the conditions. Worse again there's no sign of the submitted documents either.

If you log on to the Donegal County Council planning site you can view all the documents. The front page of an application (viewed online) is the same for both counties but Donegal C.C. have a tab "View related documents" which gives you access to the whole sheebang. Even the planning conditions are in Word format and can be downloaded and printed.

It looks like you will have to go to the office and either view the decision to grant or the final grant of permission or as has been stated buy a copy of the document. I dont understand why you werent shown the conditions initially

Unfortunately the LCC site is not kept up to date very well. It started good last year but now the majority of new applications are not on the map section. The ones that are on it do not show any detail for the application. Unlike Donegal Co Co as already given, they have a great site and all details are kept up to date.

The only thing to do is get a copy of the file from the county council direct. Looks like a trip to Dundalk....

My God, the louth coco website could do with taking a leaf out of the Donegal website, what a difference. I have to go into the planning office to view the conditions.

Do any of ye folk know if its possible for me to view condition surveys and the like of a listed/protected building from the planning office or any other authority? I cant get in contact with the engineer of this listed building to ask him for a copy.
    Cheers.

The Record of protected Structures is available for viewing at the respective Local Authorities. Dont know if you can access any survey detailsing.

Hi Muffler, is that record literally just a record of the building been downa s listed/protected. I checked the "Structures" section of the Development Plan and the building is down on that as being protected.

Is the record you refer to in the Louth authority just going to tell me the building is a protected building, or will there be more information available that wouldnt be online such as the survey reports, etc?

It will possibably give you details on which parts are protected.
    Full Building,
    Facade only,
    Railings only
    Interior
    etc

A survey might not be available, you may be able to get access to preform your own survey, I did this last year for a similar project.
