Does anyone have any idea what time LFC TV starts at? I thought it was 6pm but no sign yet. Also, what number is it being broadcast on?

It is not on ntl yet. Replacing Rangers TV next week apparently. Also, you were correct. It started at 6.

It turns out that Liverpool TV won't be on NTL till the middle of next week sometime, apparently NTL are blaming Setanta for the delay  .

Liverpool FCTV has now been launched on NTL.
It has replaced Rangers TV (thank god) .

I don't subscribe to the Setanta package but I now have access to LFC TV.
    Is this correct?
Or is it simply on free trial for a few days?
Or should I simply say nothing and enjoy it while it lasts...;)

thought they would have kept rangers Tv as well as adding the LFC channel. I for one sometimes watched rangers channel as it was good to keep up with the football news? Its looking now if they will take away and replace channels when ever they want it might be best for me to move over to setanta on my sky box?

Rangers support can get ****ed? Is that the reason behind their decision. Or do they believe none live in Ireland.

Well out of all the extra sports channels like Celtic tv, MUTV etc I'd say that Rangers TV would have the lowest viewers here so Liverpool TV would get more people watching than if it were Rangers TV .

but couldnt they have left rangers tv on as well? If you subscribe to the setanta pack on satellite you get the lot? So we are getting a raw deal? Is there also a setanta sports news starting on satellite as well?

True they could have left it on wouldn't have done any harm but that's NTL for you.

Capacity - cable has FAR less than satellite.

but ABC1 has gone? That could have been replaced by LFCTV?

Well not quite, I have the setanta pack on satellite and Chelsea TV is not part of the package where as I think it is part on the Setanta package on cable.

Mind you I dont really want another pointless club tv channels showing re runs all the time.

I wonder what channel will be cut if UPC decide to carry Arsenal TV.

Are they really that stuck for channel space? Is it really being used to its capacity? How comes in the uk and other countries they have many, many more channels via cable?

I'm always saying that, look at Virgin, they have tones of channels and are a cable company so a big company like UPC should be able to provide a lot more than what is currently on offer especially on NTL.

No analogue services = up to 200 more channels. We still have extensive analogue services.

So it will be better when the Analogue gets turrned off ? if so we have a hell of a long wait til that happens.

i would say when they turn off analougue they will loose lots of people due to the ease of multi room viewing with analougue! I for one, would possibly move over to satellite when that happens as i'll have all the channel choice i want and will then not be told what channels i can or cannot view on my digital service! Analougue is the big reason why im with NTL as i have tv in every room with decent channel choice. all i would have to do is get a few free to air boxes for those rooms, a quad or oct LNB on my dish and just connect the existing cable inputs to that! I already made sure i used satellite grade cable and allowed enough per extension to be able to run to my dish at the back of the house. I would just have to find a BB provider then without the need of a phoneline.

Is it January that they are launching this channel or is it before that? I read it in the times a couple of weeks ago, but cant remember if it mentioned a start date
