Oct mid term break package holiday

A friend has asked me to look for a cheap package holiday for himself, his wife and their 2 kids. I've tried the usual suspects, budget travel, falcon, lastminute, sunworld etc and can't come up with anything out of Cork. I know it's a busy time but is everything seriously booked out? Anyone have any suggestions?
