What is the print quality like? I'm talking in comparison to what you would get from an decent SLR film when you hand it in to be developed

Photobox is fine, quality is very good. I also use foto.com, but wouldn't recommend them for small prints. They apply some fairly aggressive sharpening which on smaller prints doesn't compare to Photobox's quality (I've done a side by side comparison). Larger prints (A4 and above) fare much better from foto, and are very good value (50c for an A4 off the top of my head). Delivery times can be a PITA from both, but especially Foto. It think this is down to An Post, but there's no way to prove it :(

Photobox.ie are ok.. support isnt the great and a lot of the site can malfunction. Uploading photos can be slow.. Iv always used them until I had an issue recently with their stylebooks and support so iv moved away onto http://www.kodakgallery.eu.com

I got photos and a photobook done. Very pleased with the service but they take up to 3 days to print - and another 3 days to deliver! The photobooks are a lot nicer then what Photobox.ie offer (when they can). Photo printing seems the same, im not to sure whos cheaper - never compared that much.
