    Ok, I've not had much experience setting up a blog before apart from my boards blog, which was quite different from what I'm doing now. Anyway, take a look here:

    I've not put it in my sig or anything yet, as it's still in it's infancy. Got a little help from a friend doing some HTML stuff, and finally figure out how to get a hit counter on there, after browsing some other blogs, but if there's anything else format wise or such before I go putting a link in my sig and declaring it to the boards.ie world, it'd help a lot.

    I like it, its obvious its someone who likes film and not a pretencious movie w@anker. I agree, The Woodsman is a great film.

    And yes, The Woodsman is great. Pity not so many people have seen it, it can picked up pretty cheap, so it's definetly worth a look.

    Thanks very much, Peter. I've done a lot with the blog since I started this thread, modified a lot of content, added a search, meta tags and suchlike. Not too sure if there's anything else I can do with it right now, so if anyone has anything else to suggest that would make my blog a better experience, please, I'd like to know.

    Google Analytics is a good way to see where your visitors are coming from and what content is popular.

    I've used Google Analytics, but it doesn't seem to work. It says that the tracking code is installed, and that it's waiting for date, but it's been like that since I first used it, and it's still giving nothing in the reports.

    Looks good Karl, although those Google ads could be a bit more subtle. If you're mostly doing reviews, you could post them using www.loudervoice.com and get more readers.
