Flyer design - comments?

I'm nearly finished working on an A5 flyer for a client.

Just wondering if anyone might have any constructive comments before I send it off. I dunno.

And hmm... its nice .. but it doesn't really do anything for me ... (hence I say is there another side with some text or ... )

It is nice though .. I just don't get what the birds have to do with it ... freedom ? and I guess if I saw the other side it'd give me more insight to it all

I like it, but for an event it needs a title of some description on the front rahter than just the purpose.

What organisation is holding the conference? Shouldn't their name be on the front?

Anyone else think it was going to say "resistance to the wind" I suppose I thought that because it's obviously a sky and the birds are in the shape of a tornado!

Not too sure what it's about myself but I do like it, but maybe too many birds cluttered together at the bottom?

I like it but I would darker the orange a bit (is t his a 2 colour job?) and I'd remove the bird thats touching of the "G".

My only gripe is the white text, I think a darker colour would stand out more.

I'd probably put a small rule or bar after 'Reclaiming Power' as it flows too fast into the rest of the text even though it's supposed to be seperate ?

I like the colours a lot, but would play around a little bit more with the position of the text, there is something to me anyways but about text in the bottom right, feels stubborn and finite, rather than giving the impression of a positive outlook and how / what your going to achieve.

I think the Text should be larger, and less birds. Defiantly.

I like the overall look of the flyer. The blue gradient works well with the text and i think it will look well when printed.

I don't know if i'm too late, but I think this would be or would have been a good idea.

the bird that is sitting on the G, I would have lifted the G up a bit and rotated it slightly, so it looked like the Bird was constructing the word. So the it would like like the Bird was reclaiming what was his or hers.

Whatever else you change make sure you change it from "satudray" to "saturday", can't believe nobody else spotted this.
