    Hi
sorry, just trying to get people in for the IPO in any possible ways since we dont accept cash on the day only online reg, and once again that is not us who decided that but regulations in Ireland.

This is probably one of the first tourneys (bar EPT, IO etc) that you cannot reg on the day in Ireland. I am not criticising, and I understand the rationale for wanting pople to preregister, but I was not aware of any legal situation surrounding this to prevent people registering on the day.

i will let Stephen answer this and also i think it has been answered before and has to do with some licenses in ireland.

We trust pokerireland to make this a grand event and am sure it will be.

All am saying is that its not of greed or such we want people to reg online, we joined Pokerireland in this to be part of something different and good for poker, and if anyone along the road likes our site, feel more then welcome but we dont demand of anyone to play there in order to be able to register.

We tried very hard to solve all bumps on the road and show we are flexible for the irish players and i can only hope you all get togheter and join the IPO because it is really a special tournament.

Just to look at all the diffeent nationalites that so far is registred:
America, England, France, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Holland, Spain,
Gibralter, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden,Northern
Ireland, Turkey, and of course there are some Irish players too

As someone said to me with a big laugh the other day " is this the biggest fish tourney or WHAT".. well :D yes! but we love that dont we?

The only tie to the IPO in the OP was that apparently you could play the listed freerolls while "waiting for the IPO". Sorry, we're Irish, we're not thick. :)
Betfair listed their freerolls a while ago and got annihilated on the thread. This has been a very mild rebuke. IPO registration is a million miles off topic.

No problem. I have a fair idea though of what you will say (and probably have in the past).
