Perhaps you could tell us what exactly keeps happening to the car? Is it something serious?

goods must be fit for the purpose for which they were sold.. try to negotiate with vendor threaten adverese publicity on national airwaves... etc..seek legal advise on the ins and outs Your case is not cut and dried in court..sorry

sorry lost link there.. the goods must be fit for purpuse management light and occasional failure to start will be very difficult to represent in law. again try to bluff garage if not start a campaign on radio and they may compensate to avoid negateive advertising..

AS you said... demand a refund/exchange or tell them you are taking them to court. Get as much paperwork as you can to prove how often it has been back to them for the same problem.
