From MSN Slate, comparing the relative importance of different positions:

The final ranking they come up with is:

    Quarterback
    Center
    Offensive tackle
    Safety
    Defensive tackle
    Middle linebacker
    Running back
    Offensive guard
    Rush end/linebacker
    Wide receiver/receiving tight end
    Kicker
    Punter
    Cornerback
    Fullback
    Blocking tight end

Would rank OT ahead of centre because in the NFL now if your centre can't stand up at the point of attack you pull him either left or right for the running game. Also there's a case for looking at this on a team by team basis because depending on their running scheme certain teams consistently can have 1,000 yard rushers no matter how bad the runner actually is. Denver is the obvious example for that so guard is probably a more important position for them.

I think fullback is a much more important position than it gets credit for.

As jdivision said, I think this depends on the team. The Patriots don't even list the fullback position in their depth chart, instead using their standard two tight end set as the base for this.
