Help! usb connector problem

ha ha.. apologies for this but im not much for opening cases and the likes... the front two usb connectors on my tower PC have caved in (due to too many removals of ps2/usb adaptors, headsets and webcams)... i took off the side panel, but the front of the system is inside another compartment which i cant seem to get at..…

You should provide more detail on the PC/Case or even post a picture of the problem area.
