Firefox streaming problem

I can't get any live streaming radio to work on Firefox; it was fine up until a few days ago. Anyone have an idea what could be wrong? It's fine in IE. But I don't want to have to open IE any time I want to listen to a live stream. Cheers!

The exact same thing happened to me a while ago, it seemed to fix itself though, try reinstalling FireFox

Any audio streams involving real player, media player etc. won't work.

If I re-install Firefox will I lose my bookmarks?

No -- don't worry about it. Your bookmarks are stored in HTML format somewhere under Application Data in your Documents and Settings folder.

You can get a patch to activate Windows Media Streaming in Firefox, when it says missing plugin, click manual install in the wizard and a link to plugin appears, works great ;)
