Changing Short Hop annual ticket (Irish Rail)

Hi, I have an annual Short Hop ticket for the train from Hazelhatch to Heuston. There is 6 months left on the ticket, but I am shortly moving house from Celbridge to Sallins. Can I make a change to this ticket? Thanks.
